Description of the problem	Takata recall: good car into south bay mercedes for srs replacement as instructed on recall letter. Service advisor initially told me to pay for diagnostic prior to moving forward, but after i insisted that the issue was related to a recall notice, i was told the replacement of the srs module would be free of charge. After completed, advisor showed me that the warning was no longer active as the problem was fixed; as soon as i left the lot, the srs warning reappeared so i returned. Service advisor instructed me to then pay for a diagnostic as previously suggested because it was unrelated to the recall. Service advisor, roger, would not inspect vehicle any further without collecting payment. On the drive home, car was smoking; discovered oil all over the engine once i arrived at my destination (oil change performed as well). No recourse after contacting south bay mercedes-benz.; manager not available. I need immediate assistance as this is a safety issue that is not being addressed by mb usa.
